Delivery Options / Returns Policy
We deliver products around the world everyday, which is why we are able to provide competitively priced shipping.
We provide a range of premium UK delivery options if you are in a hurry, including next working day before 12 noon, 10am and 9am. Express services such as "UK Mainland next working day" and "Scottish Highlands and Islands 1-2 working day" are available. We also provide economy services that will reach the customer within 3-5 working days.
If you are looking for International Delivery, please contact us for a quote. We do not list International Delivery prices on our website due to the nature of some overseas laws on shipment of flammable and hazardous liquids. International Shipping us usually provided by UPS.
International Paint Suppliers cannot be held responsible for a delay to your shipment, unless you have paid for a premium service, where compensation will be provided if the delivery is more than 24 hours late.

Although great care is taken when packaging orders, International Paint Suppliers cannot be held responsible for damage to your goods during transit and delivery unless you have paid for a delivery service that includes goods cover. If you are buying a product that contains a liquid, you must also pay the "liquid goods cover levy" to qualify for liquid damage during transit.
All the couriers we use are reliable and trusted goods handling companies. Our couriers will attempt to deliver and re-deliver your products if you are out when they arrive. If however, you fail a re-delivery, or the address provided at the time of payment is incorrect, and the product is returned to us, we will be happy to provide you will a full refund minus postage costs and a 20% order processing charge.
Cancelling your Order
It is possible to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it on our website without incurring any charge by calling us on 02030869422. If however you wish to cancel your order after 1 hour, it may still be possible if we have not shipped it. Please email us on email@example.com.
Returning a Product
No product may be returned without International Paint Suppliers express permission. Customers are responsible for paying the costs involved in returning a product. If you wish to return an unopened product, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to apply for a returns notice that must be printed and sent in the box back to our depot.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of custom mixed paint products under any circumstances.
Damaged / Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product from us, we would be happy to provide you with a replacement product within 30 days of receipt and re-fund any postage costs involved in returning the item.
Please note that International Paint Suppliers will not be held responsible for any claims customers would like to make after 30 days of receipt directly with manufacturers but will be happy to advise the customer in the process.
Some Silverline Tools offer a warranty for longer than one year. Please make sure you register your product on the Toolstream website to avoid your warranty being voided.
